DAVID PEARSON APPOINTED CEO OF HELIX

We are pleased to announce the appointment of David Pearson as Chief Executive Officer of Helix UK Limited.   David assumed his role with Helix in May 2009.   Prior to joining Helix, David has held various senior roles within the Capita Group including Chief Executive Officer of Capita London Market Services and more latterly Managing Director of Lambourn Insurance Services.

Interim Managing Director Ian McTigue will step down but remain a Board director of Helix.
