Helix Globally

A key element of any provider wishing to offer a full range of services is the ability to operate globally and offer solutions to its clients wherever they are sought.  Helix represents clients based not only in the US, Europe, Latin America and the UK but also the Middle East, Australasia and South Africa.  We seek resolutions to our clients’ problems globally either by using a network of local insurance professionals or by making personal visits.

Whilst local knowledge is key for assisting in local matters, Helix is able to offer clients domiciled anywhere in the world assistance with their own reinsurance recoveries and London Market issues.  Helix has developed an ability to work with and for clients globally and can react quickly and cost effectively when called upon anywhere in the world.

Helix has in-house language capability including French, German, Italian and Spanish.

To successfully collect ceded debts from the London insurance and reinsurance market it is essential to have access to and use of the unique systems and processes that exist (eg CLASS, LORS, LOC's).  Helix has full capability in this area.
