Two courses focus on referrals and up-selling expanded services:

One course focuses on maximising sales meetings through highly efficient consultative selling:
R.O.S.S - Results Oriented Selling Skills programme focuses on interview techniques and strategies that provide a higher standard of information necessary to advance sales, maximise solution value, customise proposals, reduce price sensitivity and move the sales team closer to partnership with prospects.  Delegates learn the techniques, tools, methodologies and monologues that they can employ throughout the relationship with their client in order to elicit key information, shorten sales cycles, close more higher margin business and improve closing ratios.
