Accredited Leadership and Management Programme

Helix is in a unique position to provide a nationally accredited leadership programme designed exclusively for insurance professionals.

What does the programme consist of?

• Delegates attend six one-day management courses over a six-month period.
• Delegates are set three assignments of no more than 3000 words each describing how new ideas and skills have been applied in the workplace.
• The tutor marks assignments and feedback is provided, where required.
• Satisfactory assignments are submitted by the tutor to the Institute of Leadership and Management.
• Successful completion of the assignments and attendance at all workshops will result in the delegate being awarded an Associate Membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management and the right to use the letters AMInstLM after their name.
• In addition to the above, e-learning will be made available with up to 80 business and leadership modules for delegates to make use of whenever they wish.

• The programme provides the right level of training and input for delegates to become effective leaders - crucial for managers operating in the modern business environment.
• Successful delegates will become qualified Associate Members of the Institute of Leadership and Management, this evidences their ability as leaders and managers for both external and internal purposes.

What does it cost?

The entire six-course programme costs £1,770 plus VAT, per delegate. This is the equivalent of attending six open business skills courses, the additional administration costs of this unique programme are therefore free to each delegate. The setting and marking of assignments, general delegate and institute administration the e-learning modules and even the costs associated with institute registration are included in the price.  Membership costs of £67 per year for sucessful delegates are not included and must be met by the individual/organisation.
